brownman asked: Of course, the first thing before eating breakfast is hitting the gym.
Then, I eat the fruits for breakfast. I have heard that eating fruits makes you want to go to the bathroom more and lose more weight. Is this true?

pinkdiamond69 asked: Its just I have been eating healthy for 2 months (Not eating junk food) and exercising twice a day for 50min each, I only lost about 2-3kilos and nothing is happening. I;ve been told my body loves hanging onto the fat and is very hard to get rid of. So I though if I start again, but have a good breakfast (Weet-Box) and eat fruit druing the day and exercise twice a day for 50min will I see results?

ProfessionalAnswerer asked: For as long as i can remember I have NEVER been able to eat in morning. This means I rarely get enough breakfast to give me any real energy for school. I don’t know if the problem is that i go to bed too late or if its from eating too much dinner but I just never find myself hungry in the morning. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and I would like to know if it possible to solve this problem. Any answers would be appreciated.

Olivia A asked: Okay. I know that it’s healthier to eat 6 very small meals then 3 average sized ones per day, but I don’t bother with that. So considering I have 3 meals + a snack with 100-200 calories, how many should I take in for breakfast? Give me a range.
