Are tips for dinner supposed to higher than breakfast or lunch?

What is the standard tip percentage, and is it different for different meals, such as breakfast, lunch and dinner? We don’t eat out much, and will be dining out quite a bit for a week, and would need to tip our servers appropriately. Thanks!
