Rebecca asked: It seems like the most traditional things to eat for breakfast in America are;
eggs, pancakes, waffles, sausage, bacon, toast, cereal, fruit, oatmeal,grits (southern portion of the US anyway)
I’m bored with traditionl American breakast. Anyone have any other favorites? Sausage gravy and biscuits are my favorite lately.

fenia asked: I am a web developer and I normally eat some fruit, bread and cheese for breakfast because I like the taste. However, I find it difficult to perform at work and sometimes my mind is not working to solve the simplest task. What should I eat for breakfast to perform good at work? Thank you for your help.

Ross R asked: I’m looking for a better way to make breakfast ham. I’ve looked for recipes but they all are for omelets or casseroles. I love ham and hot sauce but want to know if there is a glaze or something that I can put on it when I have it in the skillet. Let me know your favorites.

My Clone asked: I wake up at around 5.30am every morning and have lunch at 1pm. What kind of a breakfast would be adequate? Oh, and what time do you all have breakfast everyday?

SuperGeek asked: It’s this Friday, and I’d like to make something different (but not crazy different). Things like sausage with biscuits and breakfast burritos are already taken. I’m leaning towards grits with fixin’s: butter, bacon bits, cheese, etc., but wondered if anyone has something fast that they make for these types of things that really WOW the crowd.
Thanks so much!
