My wife said that my breakfast was odd. I had steamed asparagus (product of Mexico), fresh French bread toasted, and a cup of tea. She said most people have normal things like bacon and eggs, toast, homefries, and coffee, etc. I have heard of people who have had a vanilla milkshake and leftover cold pizza for breakfast. Has anyone else out there have had a supposedly odd breakfast and what was it?

I am in need of a good casserole type dish to cook for my co workers for breakfast. I need to make something that I can put together the night before and throw in the oven when I go work out.
