Mr. Curious asked: I had a problem with breakfasts most of my life. I cant remember how it started, but mabe it was when I had to wake up for school at 6-7am and didnt feel like eating that early + was embarrased to eat in class.
Anyway… At least for the past 15-19 years of my life I’ve been skipping breakfast pretty much every day simply because I feel like vomiting when I see food any earlier than 11am-12pm. I enjoy food and get hungry just fine at other times of the day after that.
I’m 25, and I heared that skipping breakfast slows your metabolism. Mabe that’s one of the reasons I grew a belly I never had when I was in my teens? Do you think there’s something wrong with me that could explain why I cant eat in the morning? What can you suggest I can do to start eating breakfast? What are the things that can happen to someone who skips breakfast?

I Have Answers asked: I’d like a bread to go with a breakfast I’m making. My oven won’t be fixed for a week and I don’t own a toaster. Is there a breakfast bread I can make/prepare without either of these? All I can think of is toast and biscuits that require a toaster and/or an oven. I’m making a typical American breakfast, if it matters, scrambled eggs and bacon like.
