If I Eat Breakfast in the morning and eat fruit during the day and exersice twice a day Will I lose weight?

Its just I have been eating healthy for 2 months (Not eating junk food) and exercising twice a day for 50min each, I only lost about 2-3kilos and nothing is happening. I;ve been told my body loves hanging onto the fat and is very hard to get rid of. So I though if I start again, but have a good breakfast (Weet-Box) and eat fruit druing the day and exercise twice a day for 50min will I see results?
