I’m leaning towards grits with fixin’s: butter, bacon bits, cheese, etc., but wondered if anyone has something fast that they make for these types of things that really WOW the crowd.

I am trying to start a new diet and it involves a good breakfast. Usually i eat a bowl of cereal and a fruit cup consisting of grapfruit and oranges. But it doenst fill me up. Is bacon or sausage ok to eat for breakfast. What do you recommend?
