Porridge is great for energy fruit to kickstart your metabolism in the morning.
Stay away from sugary (kids) cereals if possible. :-)

Yoplait has some really fabulous flavors. I eat one every morning, have a glass of OJ and a bowl of oatmeal with cinnamon. Cinnamon has health beneftis as well as the oatmeal. Breakfast is the most important meal. The name is derived from this. All night your body is fasting while you sleep so the word breakfast means to break the fast. Eating breakfast gives your body and mind a jumpstart. You don’t have to eat just breakfast foods, but do eat healthy choices. Fruit perhaps. Other choices would be wheat toast. Cold cereals that are low in sugar. Kashi is suppose to be good. I like Special K and Cheerios. Just read labels. Eat smart and healthy. Good question!!

for me, cereal doesn’t last very long.
meat and potatoes are good — that is, they last a long time.
protein is slower to digest.
which means that it’ll keep you going longer.

Well On weekends, I cut Up fresh fruit, and put it on a plate, all neat, Then I get a bowl Of Cheerios, A Muffin, And Some Toast.

But Here is a blender recipe :) You will need:
-A Banana
-Some Strawberries
-A teaspoon of peanut butter
-oats (I blend an oatmeal to go bar You could also use a quaker chewy bar, or wheat Cheerios)
-A little bit of milk, about a teaspoon

1) Put all things in blender, blend, or mix, with an egg beater, or fork (fork takes a long, long, long time) for very long, and drink, or eat. It Tastes like… yogurt, and it’s cheaper to buy, and it’s more healthy.

As long as you eat, you will be okay, Try to at least eat an oat product, and a fruit product, and lastly, a dairy product, even if it’s cheese, or chocolate milk :P
Goodluck :)

Glad to hear your eating healthy. :D

Try Chinese rice porridge as you can add whatever you’d like to this dish and it will still be filling and will give you a good day’s start too!
