What are some breakfast foods that can keep me full until lunch?

My lunch has been moved later in the day. I eat breakfast around 6:30 am and the lunch I have varies day-to-day from 12:00-12:45 pm. By that time my stomach is growling. What are some foods that I can have for breakfast that can help me stay full until my lunchtime?

Oatmeal and sliced fruit. On the side add 2 eggs and bacon with buttered toast.

high protein foods.. eggs and such.. and starch foods (they are heavy and will make you fat!)
oatmeal is also a good filler… but i would bring a snack.. your blood sugar probably goes down and you can really mess up your body and metabolism too

You’re waiting much too long in between your meals. Try a snack in between such as: a 1/2 cup of non-fat pudding, an ounce of reduced-fat cheese, yogurt, fruit, and carrot sticks. Of course, there’s always water which will only carry you so far.
