judithsr asked:

I know it’s important to eat breakfast, and I rarely do because I’m not hungry when I get up. By the time I get to work I usually am hungry, but just pick at things until lunch which I know is not so good either.
Are there any good/easily portible things that can be eaten for breakfast? Thanks!

Apples, bananas, oranges, are conveniently packaged! :) Granola bars, chips, juice boxes, graham crackers, a small carton of milk and a small box of cereal…

String cheese (low fat), deli turkey sandwich made on whole grain bread or multi-grain English muffin, whole grain cereal with yogurt on top/mixed in, quartered apple with peanut butter dip

all are stick-to-the-rib choices that I have often

sliced cheese and crackers in a baggie or tupperware, hard boiled eggs, fruit of all kind—I keep a box of instant oatmeal at the office and a plastic bowl; it’s there when I need it.
