it is important for your metabolism because without breakfast your metabolism still thinks you are sleeping
Kickstarts your metabolism for the day… Any small amount of fruit/cereal or toast.
Breakfast is important as eating it kickstarts your metabolism so you have energy and burn calories during the day. Some good quick choices are oatmeal, yogurt and protein shakes with fresh fruit added. Enjoy!
well, unless you woke up through the night and ate…its what it sounds like
breakfast IS you taking a break from fasting all night and your body is craving nutrients because our body’s rebuilt themselves as much as they can from previously done damage overnight and you therefore need the inflow of new HEALTHY nutrients. So, a muffin(or whatever) just doesn’t cut it generally.
It is important because it gets your digestive system moving again, it lapses a bit while you sleep.
Ideas:
piece of fruit, piece of toast, glass of milk
1 cup yogurt, piece of toast, piece of fruit
bowl of cereal and milk with cut up fruit in it
1-2 fruited muffins, glass of milk
bowl of cereal and milk, glass of fruit juice
it starts off ur day…just eat a fruit for breakfast…
