I usually have 2 scrambled eggs, orange juice, and a yogurt for breakfast. Would you call that a healthy choice? Also what do you usually have for breakfast?

Orange or tomato juice, 2 poached eggs atop a piece of smoked or fried fish (haddock or roughy), fruit and tea or coffee Mon - Thurs, Boddington’s Fri - Sun. Works for me.

As long as that wasn’t every morning (the eggs) you and I could dine together.

I vary mine with Weet-Bix and hot milk some mornings, cereal on other mornings or just Vegemite on toast.

I have homemade muesli and fresh fruit whichever is in season. At the moment I’m having piel de sapo melon. They are grown locally.

well to scrable egg you need t butter the pan which is not healthy,

I had a banana, and hand ful of grapes and watermelon for breakfast.

my favorite break fast is an egg mcmuffin and 5 hash browns though.

Sounds good to me, I have scrambled egg on brown toast. It seems to fill me up for longer. I eat a banana on my way to work as well.

Sometimes I have weetabix with honey and banana - not sure just how healthy that is but it is yummy!

Depends mainly of your activity level throughout the day but boiled eggs are much healthier then scrambled (i usually eat the white part and give the yolk to my dog), and depends on what kind of orange juice because a lot of them contain crazy amounts of sugar.
i’ve been trying to lose weight so have a bowl of fruit with yogurt.
